Following a consultation with the workforce in East Sussex, it was agreed that educational courses in substance misuse with an emphasis on the lived experience perspective would be of value and great interest. The first course that Lived Experience peers have been developing and delivering is a one day Drug and Alcohol awareness course. It’s possible to offer this course for free in some cases so watch out for updates about training dates and how to book via Eventbrite.
